i recently found out about a program that helps you not only get funding for your new home but helps you experience different potential neighborhoods. sadly i cant seem to find the information for it again. it involved the potential owner having to view at least 3 homes in the region they want to live in along with going to a new home-buyers seminar to learn about the proper way to buy a home. has anyone heard of anything like that?
