i guess my first post should have been here. but i am a teacher in Baltimore and and interested in some of the first time home buyer programs but i would also like to know how they work in conjunction with the teacher incentives

this information actually inspired me to go out and find some programs to check out before I begin my home search again... wish me luck guys 2011 is my year for sure
