with the way things are looking economically im torn between renting and buying. as i currently live in an apartment but im looking to move into a house id like to buy because ive seen good deals but i have also see great rental prices perhaps the rent to own concept suites me?

If you want to build some equity, buying is the way to go. Renting is like throwing your money away to the landlord. Everyone deserves ownership.

It depends on your current economic situation. If you buy, you can build equity and possibly make money as the property value appreciates due to increased demand on the area. If you rent, you are giving money to the landlords to invest and grow their wealth. Depends what you want to do. I recommend that you buy, especially with the low real estate prices in the states!
